Minty Purple Florals

Today I tired a light mint wash on my paper before paints this bouquet. I'm not a huge fan of it and found it way more difficult to blend the colours of the florals. I'm glade I tried it tho and really think it would be best to digitize just the wash, then use that as a background in Adobe to illustrate ontop of! I really love the purple and coral combo Ill have to do up another bouquet without the wash and see how that turns out!
