Please Note:

1. All items are shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note this is a very good estimate, sometimes with ++ orders during the busy seasons it may take longer.

3. Unfortunately I am unable to refund orders that states that the package was delivered. Once a package has been deemed delivered I have fulfilled my obligation as the seller to ensure your package was sent to you. If your order has insurance please message me and we will put in a claim.

Ways to prevent theft of your package! Please click on your tracking number until it goes to the carriers page and selected the option to 'DO NOT SAFE DROP'. This means if you are not home they carrier will leave a pickup note with the location.

4. I have a 30 business day leeway for lost packages. To deem a package lost there must be no movement on the tracking information for 30 days, when this arrises a full refund with be provided.
