Do You Offer Free Shipping? 

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on Canadian & American orders over $150 CAD. For more information visit our Shipping Page  

Do you offer Add to Orders?

We are very sorry but moving forward we do not offer add to orders. Unfortunately this is a firm decision and we strongly recommend having everything you want in your cart before checking out.

Please note any messages about adding to an order will sadly be told no and directed here for further information. 

 

Can I cancel my Order?

We offer a 24 hour cancelation policy any request to cancel orders after this timeframe will be denied. 

Do You offer Local Pickup?

Yes we offer local pick-up! you can select the pickup option at checkout, timeframes are still 3-5 business days. We will message you once your order is ready with all the info and our pickup address! 

Please note that if a specific order is marked as "pickup" and is not actually able to be picked-up your order will be automatically canceled and charged our restocking fee of 15% of the order total before tax.  

We will not tolerate misuse of the pickup feature. 

 

When Will my Order Ship? 

Orders will ship between 3-5 business days. During times of high volume orders like sales and holidays it may take longer. 

 

Where are You Located? 

Weave & Woven is located in Dundas, Ontario, Canada. We are an online only shop and therefore do not have an physical shop for customers to visit. 

 

How Long will it take to get my order? 

Delivery times depend on carrier and distance please refer to our shipping section for further information. 

 

What Counties does Weave & Woven Ship to? 

We Shipped to: Canada, USA,  Australia and the UK as well as many other countries!
